Together we are creating new pathways to empower the WA arts sector and our community. Each donation we receive via ACF is fully tax deductible and every cent goes directly to an invigorating arts project delivered here in WA.
A MODEL OF COLLECTIVE GIVING
How it works
Local supporters generously donate funds to raise $100,000 grants for Western Australian arts projects.
Applications open and eligible West Australian artists and arts organisations submit a short application that outlines their project concept, impact and cost.
All applications are reviewed by a Grant Assessment Panel made up of donors and industry experts.
Shortlisted applicants are invited to submit a detailed application
Around six finalists will be chosen to present their projects at an exciting awards evening where our donor community will vote for their favourite project.
Votes are tallied on the night and the highest scoring project (or projects) are awarded a $100,000 grant.

For any donation of $5000 or more, you’ll be recognised as a donor ‘Champion’ for the year of your donation and receive 2 voting rights.
Becoming a donor means you’re helping to create a more resilient and culturally rich WA.
You’ll meet like minded people, hear about potential projects, connect with creators, producers and artists locally as well as have the opportunity to attend arts events.

Making Donations
Our donation portal is hosted by The Australian Cultural Fund (ACF), by clicking on the donate link you will be taken to the ACF website.
ACF can accept individual and Private Ancillary Fund (PAF) donations. Your tax-deductible receipt will come directly to you from ACF.
You will be offered the option to make a recurring donation as well as to make monthly donations.
If you prefer to make monthly donations please be aware that in order for you to have a valid vote at the Grants Awards evening your donation should total $1000 one week prior to the event.
Your privacy is important to us. You can choose to not have your details passed on to us from the ACF. However, by doing so you will miss out on all the good news, events and opportunities that we will be offering donors and sadly we’ll be unable to thank you personally.
